We had a sneaking suspicion that things were a little too ODDLY quiet on this front!
And now we know...it's with GOOD REASON!
Despite Ashton Kutcher publicly moving on from his marriage to Demi Moore with former That '70s Show co-star Mila Kunis , the pair have yet to file for divorce!
However, new reports are suggesting that this is because they've been busy with their lawyers attempting to hash out a financial settlement before taking matters to court...but it's starting to get so contentious that they may have NO other choice but to go before a judge to rule one way or the other!
Insiders reveal:
“[Lawyers on both sides are] trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye. They still haven’t reached an agreement over money, because Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage. But he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement. The discussion could boil over into a public court battle.”
Well, it's not like he didn't have the option to call his marriage quits BEFORE he was ranked TV's biggest money-maker!
And with his infidelity being a major factor in the split, we have a feeling that whether he likes it or not, Demi is going to be walking away with QUITE a chunk of change when all is said and done!
We just hope, for their sake, it doesn't get too nasty!
This has all been difficult enough on them both!
