The more we learn about this sitch, the more we’re waiting for that day in court!
We’ve been reporting about X-Men director Bryan Singer who is accused of drugging and anally raping Michael F. Egan III, who was allegedly underage at the time.
Now there are some more deets about Singer's fellow Hollywoodians! Egan’s lawyer Jeff Herman, explained that he’s going to sue for three more incidents! He said:
“I'm going to file three more lawsuits Monday in Hawaii alleging three other Hollywood insiders who were participating in the abuses of Mike Egan… did the trips to Hawaii and he was abused there as well. We were able to file these older cases [in Hawaii] without any issues at all. That's why these cases are getting filed right now. There were other men that we're going to identify in California lawsuits that were not on these Hawaii trips. They won't be a part of these; they'll be in separate lawsuits.”
That could be all kinds of bad news for the accused! Unless these other men have documents for all of the alleged incidents, like Singer reportedly does, then it doesn’t look good.
However, Singer’s lawyer maintains that this case is total bunk, saying:
“We are very confident that Bryan will be vindicated in this absurd and defamatory lawsuit. It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at the time when Bryan’ s new movie is about to open in a few weeks.”
And we can’t forget that Egan is linked to a documentary about abuse in Hollywood, because it’s just another piece in this weird puzzle.
