Taylor Swift ADMITS She Wrote Trouble About Harry Styles - SORT OF!

And suddenly, her decision to perform a sexed-up striptease at the 2013 BRIT Awards makes SO much more sense!

That's right, you guys!

While it kind of seemed like a given that Taylor Swift was showing Harry Styles exactly what we would be missing during the sultry rendition of Trouble, the country cutie has not only all-but-explicitly-stated that that's exactly what was going through her brain while on stage, but also ADMITTED that the smash single off of Red was written ABOUT the One Direction singer!

During a recent interview, when asked about the attention-grabbing performance, Swifty explained:

"You're balancing the analytical side of your brain, which is telling you where to go and how to go there, with the other side of your brain, which is saying 'Feel everything you're singing, and show it on your face. Feel everything exactly as you felt it when you wrote the song.' It's not hard to access that emotion when the person the song is about is standing by the side of the stage watching."

Holy sh-t. RIGHT?!

Granted, she didn't call him out by name, but we don't recall seeing Conor Kennedy, Taylor Lautner , Joe Jonas , Jake Gyllenhaal or John Mayer present that evening!

And who else would be right there watching...especially when reports surfaced that she and Har Bear REFUSED to make eye contact with each other backstage?!

Ah! The powers of deduction!
