Lindsay Lohan's Attorney CHASED AWAY By Michael Lohan, Who Then HIJACKS The Press Conference!!

HOLY SH*T! DID YOU SEE THAT??

During Mark Heller's press conference, Michael Lohan began yelling at Lindsay Lohan 's attorney, BERATING him for "using" Linds as a means for publicity, and then took the liberty of making the press conference his own after Mark ran away from the sh*tstorm!!

Mark was explaining that Lindsay's record would be wiped clean following the execution of her rehab sentence -- the reasoning behind their acceptance of such a plea deal.

But quickly after that, Michael chimed in, asking:

"WHY ARE YOU STILL UP THERE? I WANNA KNOW, WHY ARE YOU STILL UP THERE!?!"

Mark, either totally over it or too afraid to stand his ground, walked away as Michael continued berating him.

PaPa Mike then took the press conference over, getting behind the mics and telling the press that Mark is basically an awful human being in his eyes, saying:

"This guy is trying to CASH IN on my daughter's notoriety for his own professional interests!"

And he didn't stop there, folks! According to him, Mark owes him TONS of money too! And you thought today couldn't get any crazier...

But the important thing here, according to Michael, is that his daughter -- his pride and joy, his precious jewel, his baby girl -- is "getting better and getting her life back."

Well cheers to that! We hope it's true this time!

But really, Mike -- gotta love the irony here!!!!
