Since when has Courteney Cox taken on the role of Wicked Witch of the West?
The Cougar Town actress was caught behaving a bit, erm, off at a recent red carpet event held for Al Gore. When asked if she was looking forward to meeting former Mr. Vice President, she responded bluntly, “I will be when you stop wasting my time and let me go to my event.” Ouch!!
A source revealed:
“You could tell something was really wrong with Courteney. She was throwing a fit right on the red carpet and was being evil to everyone who tried to talk to her. She made such a scene that everyone was shocked and disgusted with her. You could tell she’s become a very bitter and angry person.
Apparently, Courteney still isn’t handling her split from ex-husband and Scream costar, David Arquette very well.:
“David is doing great in his career and love life, but Courteney hasn’t fared so well. She should have at least tried to promote Cougar Town or [Matthew Perry’s] new show at the event, but she’s clearly turned into a miserable person. Her bad behavior was all anyone could talk about that night.”
Oh, those pangs of jealousy. Whatever is going on, we hope Courteney comes around.
And who knows? Maybe this is the perfect time for Monica and Chandler to get together...FOR REALZ!
