Well, his attorney Mark Geragos isn't anyway!
After hearing El Lay prosecutors suggest Breezy neglected his community service commitments, violated his probation, and could potentially find himself in jail, Mark was OUTRAGED!!!
In a statement, he said:
"Apparently the district attorney's office has completely lost their minds. They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports... [They] should be embarrassed."
Whoa! He even asked the judge to sanction the district attorney's office for their outlandish comments!
This D.A. earlier claimed Chris never fulfilled his legal obligations after brutally attacking Rihanna in 2009 and pleading guilty to felony assault.
The Don't Judge Me singer was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days community labor in Virginia.
Richmond officials are declining to comment on an ongoing investigation, but CB's attorney swears his client was busy "scrubbing floors [and] painting walls" per the terms of his agreement.
