The 12-year-old boy who delivered a deadly SWAT team to Ashton Kutcher 's house is being charged with four felonies!
In October, the kid allegedly Punk'd Ashton and emergency responders by telling them intruders armed with guns and explosives had laid siege to the Two and a Half Men star's mansion.
While it sounds like a HIGHlarious prank, this young man did more than just scare the crap out of Ashton -- his hoax wasted tax-payer money, put lives in danger, and tied up invaluable personnel!!
The unnamed minor is charged with two felony counts of making false bomb threats and two more for computer intrusion.
His Juvenile Court arraignment is Friday.
