Maybe we were distracted, but we didn't notice AT ALL that it was Tina Fey 's actual, real-life, true daughter (Alice Richmond) who played a young Liz Lemon this week on 30 Rock!

The episode, if you missed it, is called Mazel Tov, Dummies -- and little Alice was caught rolling her eyes at a wedding!

We can see the resemblance! Do we smell a comedy career for the little one??
