Following that nasty Thanksgiving beat-down at Halle Berry 's house, Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez went through a week of rigorous legal games.
But following the "amicable agreement" found in court on Thursday, Gab has dropped the restraining order against the man who gave him this bloody, brutally beaten face.
Still... as of right now, Olivier's civil arrest made against Gabriel is still going to El Lay's City Attorney for review, but sources say it's "highly unlikely" he will be prosecuted.
The important thing here is that it seems like everyone's #1 concern is Nahla right now. Sometimes it takes a really horrible thing to slap some perspective in, but hopefully they can move forward from this with a better life for Nahlz!
