Smallville's Sam Jones Released From Prison!

Right in time for the holidays!

As we discussed last year, Sam Jones was locked up last December for conspiracy to sell Oxycodone -- more than 10,000 pills of it!!

But the Smallville star has served his time and now walks the streets of Hollywood as a free man!! And hopefully a wiser one too!

Though he wanted to get involved with the drug ring to help a friend out by paying a debt to the Mexican cartel, there's nothing too honorable about the drug business.

Glad to see him out and well, though!! Wonder if Karissa Shannon waited on him!!
