Daddy Michael Lohan tried -- and epically failed -- to get Lindsay Lohan carted off to rehab Friday, and mamma Dina Lohan is NOT happy!!
The Lohan matriarch expresses:
"This sole act by my ex was not an intervention nor was this extreme antic sanctioned by any member of Lindsay's family or her professional team of handlers.
It's all about her father obsessed with making a name for himself in the news once again. It's sad and I hope he stops masquerading as her father in public and starts acting like one in private."
Damnnn, Dina! Them's some fighting words!!
But if what she's saying IS true, then we kinda just feel sorry for Michael. He's obviously a distressed individual who craves the spotlight, and will go SO far as to use his celebrity daughter as a means to his own famewhoring ends.
Perhaps HE should be the one having an intervention... of the soul!
