L.A. Reid: Britney Spears Would Have Won X Factor

L.A. Reid looooves him some Brit Brit!

When questioned about Britney Spear 's job skills, the senior X Factor judge enthusiastically declared:

"She's doing great. She gives great commentary when she watches people perform."

Reid claims Brit just gets what the "X factor" is. the mogul describe the quality the judges are looking for, saying:

"I don't know how to put it in words, but there's a feeling you get. There's an energy you get. There's something special about them. I can tell you, ordinary people don't have the X Factor."

When asked how fellow judge Mz Spears would have faired if she was not famous, and competing on the show, L.A. responded:

"If I was a judge she would have won!"

No word on if L.A. thinks his other new judge (and rumored Brit Brit hater), Demi Lovato has the "X factor" too.
