Here's The First Peek At Katie Couric's New Daytime Talk Show

Katie Couric is leaving news behind her in favor of hosting a daytime talk show and we've got the first promo (above).

If this is any indication of what we'll be seeing when Katie premieres September 10 on ABC, then it looks like there will be a lot of smiling, hugging, high-fiving, smiling, taking books off of shelves, playing with dogs, smiling, taking pictures with random people on the street, greeting children, day drinking, and smiling.

There also may be some inappropriate touching because we're pretty sure that little kid wearing hipster glasses grazes her boob with his hand at the 10 second mark. LOL!

The super happy promo doesn't exactly do any justice for the show's content, but we hear it will feature various celebs, authors, experts and "everyday people with extraordinary stories."

Sounds like an inneresting time! Let's hope it takes off!
