And when we say faceplant, we mean Miguel 's crotch all up in some girl's poor face at the Billboard Music Awards !
It was one of THE BEST, but also one of the most embarrassing falls we've seen in awards show history! So, it had us wondering, who else experienced a painful on-stage blunder they would just love to forget??
